The page range option requires that a bookmark be created. An index entry can be made for a page range.Simply enter the Index and the Cross-reference and click Mark. The type to be selected depends on the type of index we need to create. Under the вЂIndexвЂ™ drop-down list, we can choose the type of index entry we need to mark. After this, click on вЂInsertвЂ™ from the main menu bar and from the resulting menu, click on вЂIndexes and TablesвЂ™, and from the resulting sub-menu, click on вЂIndex EntryвЂ™.
